This Privacy Policy identifies our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing your information.
This policy applies to information we collect:
- On one of the Websites.
- In e-mail, telephone, text, uploads via a portal, and other electronic messages between you and a Website.
This policy also applies to information collected by our subcontractors when they are assisting in providing our services to you.
It does not apply to information collected by us through any other means, including on any other website operated by any third-party.

Children Under the Age of 13
Our Websites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to the Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Websites, set up an account, make any purchases through the Websites, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Websites, which may include:
- Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number, financial information (such as a bank account number), photographs, order information and any passwords you use on a Website (“personal information”).
- Other uploaded content.
- Information that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as traffic data, location data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit to the Websites, error information, clickstream data, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Websites.

We collect this information:

This includes information provided when you establish or manage an account, subscribe to a distribution list, request services, make a purchase, upload content, or use a portal. We may also ask you for information for various purposes, such as to fulfill orders, respond to questions, or when you report a problem with a Website.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses), if you contact us.
- Photographs, and other information that you upload to a Website.
- Details of transactions you carry out through a Website and of the fulfillment of your orders. However, as noted below, we do not receive, process, retain or store your credit card information.

Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of a Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Information We May Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with the Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to the Websites, including traffic data, location data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit to the Websites, error information, clickstream data, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Websites.

The information we collect automatically may be associated with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Websites and to deliver a better and more personalized service.

- Web Beacons. Pages of a Website, or our e-mails, may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
- Facebook Pixel. We use Facebook Pixel, a web analytics and advertising service provided by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”) on the Websites. With its help, we and our customers can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, keep track of users who access our Website or advertisements from different devices, and better provide advertisements to our target audiences. The data from Facebook Pixel is also saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook can connect this data with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own and others advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Policy which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. - Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to collect certain information relating to your use of the Websites. Google Analytics uses cookies to help the Websites analyze how users use the site. We may also use Google Analytics Advertising Features or other advertising networks to provide you with interest-based advertising based on your online activity. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising and other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
- To present our Websites and their contents to you.
- To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
- To obtain payment from you and process orders. Credit card transactions are processed through the third party identified at checkout, and not on our servers. We use encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information during data transport. We do not receive, retain or store your credit card information.

- To provide you with information about your account or purchases.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

We may also use your information to contact you about our other goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please use the “unsubscribe” link or button on marketing e-mails to opt out of email marketing. You may also close your account by using the “Cancel Account” button in the “My Account” section of a Website.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To other users of our customer portal, for example, if you choose to make certain information available to them; for example, if you choose to communicate with the other
users of our Website, we may transmit the contents of that communication, your contact information, and any other information you provide to the recipients. - To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

We may also disclose your personal information:

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We do not control the collection and use of your information collected by third parties described above in Disclosure of Your Information. When possible, these organizations are under contractual obligations to use this data only for providing the services to us and to maintain this information strictly confidential. These third parties may, however, aggregate the information they collect with information from their other customers for their own purposes.
In addition, we strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Promotional Offers. If you do not want us to use your information for our promotional purposes, please use the “unsubscribe” link or button on marketing e-mails to opt out of email marketing. You may also close your account by using the “Cancel Account” button in the “My Account” section of a Website. This opt out related to a result of account activity or administration, a purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
- Targeted Advertising. Unless you opt-out of such sharing, we may use information that we collect or you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences. If you wish to opt-out of such use, you may do so at any time by logging into the Websites and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes in the “My Account” section of a Website. For this opt-out to function, you must have your browser set to accept browser cookies.
You can learn more about interest-based advertisements and your opt-out rights and options from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on its website (www.networkadvertising.org) and from members of the Digital Advertising Alliance on its website (www.aboutads.info). We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can also opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the NAI on its website.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
If you have established an account, you can review and change your personal information by logging in and visiting your “My Account” section of a Website.
You may also send us an e-mail at [email protected] to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We will only delete such information by deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you send us photographs or other information to be published, that information cannot be deleted. If you delete your User Contributions from a Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on a Website, including User Contributions, is governed a Website’s terms of use.
To the extent that our processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your account. Withdrawing your consent will not, however, affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal, and will not affect the lawfulness of our continued processing that is based on any other lawful basis for processing your personal information.

If you reside in Canada, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. However, before doing so, we request that you contact us directly in order to give us an opportunity to work directly with you to resolve any concerns about your privacy.
State-Specific Privacy Rights
The law in some states may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of personal information. Do Not Track Signals
We also may use automated data collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they “do not track” your online activities. Because there is no standard for these signals at this time, we currently do not honor such signals and we do not modify what information we collect or how we use that information based upon whether such a signal is broadcast or received by us.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. We implement reasonable security policies, including use of firewalls, and use hosting services provided by companies with reasonable data security programs.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password and/or token for access to certain parts of our Websites or features, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, transmission of information via the Internet and the storage of that information is not completely secure. Although we have taken reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information or other information transmitted to or through the Websites. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Websites or servers where your personal information is stored.

As noted above, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information or other information transmitted to us through the Websites. Any transmission of information to us risks the unauthorized re-use or publication of such information, including information which is intended for limited audiences.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for you, and for periodically visiting our Websites and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

By accessing a Website, users who are not citizens or residents of the United States living within its territories agree that they will comply with all Wisconsin and United States rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. International users agree that they will comply with any Wisconsin law governing privacy in addition to the privacy laws of the United States when posting content.
