With facilities in La Crosse, Neenah, and Delafield, Wisconsin, and Downingtown, Pennsylvania, we’re proud to call these communities home.

We actively invest in local partnerships, volunteer initiatives, and charitable programs that promote economic stability, social well-being, and environmental stewardship. A culture of giving
Each year, our employees generously support our United Way campaign, donating thousands of dollars to help our neighbors in need. We proudly match every dollar they give, doubling the impact. Beyond donations, our company community support initiatives also include the annual United Way Day of Caring, rolling up our sleeves to take on hands-on projects that make a meaningful difference for local families.
Food insecurity is another serious challenge we take to heart. Inland teams regularly partner with local food pantries to help fight hunger in our neighborhoods. By focusing our company community support initiatives on real needs,, we strengthen the communities we’re honored to be a part of.
Holiday spirit in action
The holiday season brings even more opportunities to give back and our teams embrace them wholeheartedly. Our employees volunteer as bell ringers for the Salvation Army, with every dollar collected during their shifts matched by Inland. Together, we’ve raised over $20,000 to support local families during the winter months.
We also participate in the Adopt-a-Family program, purchasing and wrapping gifts to brighten the holidays for neighbors in need. Each December, Inland volunteers help welcome guests to the Rotary Lights display—greeting visitors, collecting donations, and spreading cheer in true Inland style.
