February 28, 2020

For the sixth year in a row Inland, a family owned label and packaging manufacturer, was named a winner of the Best Workplace in the Americas (BWA) Award. The Printing Industries of America use this award to recognize companies who create an exceptional workplace environment.

A panel of HR professionals evaluated Inland and other applicants on communication and culture, employee resources and benefits, and safety and work environment. Receiving this award demonstrates Inland’s ability to be a leading workplace in the printing industry.

The BWA is awarded annually to companies that meet rigorous standards in human resources practices. Being awarded a BWA for the sixth year designates Inland is a premier company for employee experiences.

Michael F. Makin, president and CEO of PIA, states “The Best Workplace in the Americas award winners stand among the most distinguished printing industry leaders by human resources standards. Congratulations to Inland for its outstanding achievement in human resources excellence.”

“We are proud to be recognized by the Print Industries of America as a Best Workplace for the sixth consecutive year. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and commitment we have made to ensure Inland remains an employer of choice.  Being named a Best Workplace in the Americas would not be possible without the efforts our Inland team puts forth on a daily basis,” Paige Conforti, Human Resource Manager at Inland.
