Inland Named Best Workplace in the Americas

Printing Industries of Americas names Inland as Best Workplace for 2nd straight year

La Crosse, Wis. – Inland, a premiere label and packaging provider headquartered in La Crosse, WI, has been recognized as a Best Workplace in the Americas by the Printing Industries of America.

The annual Best Workplace in the Americas awards are designed to recognize graphic arts companies for outstanding human relations efforts which contribute to a successful workplace. Printing Industries of America evaluates eight human relations areas to determine the recipients, including management practices, work environment, training and development opportunities, financial security, work-life balance, recognition and rewards, health and wellness programs, and workplace health and safety.

“It’s an honor to receive this award for a second straight year,” shared Mike Skroch, Vice President of Human Resources at Inland. “We’ve grown immensely this year through internal expansion and an external acquisition. To do this while continuing to meet the needs of our current employees was extremely important to us.”

In specific, Inland was praised by judges on their health insurance and benefits, referral program, employee innovation funnel, and wellness programs. The Best Workplace in the Americas program is run by Printing Industries of America and was created in 2000 to honor printing companies that provide a superior work environment.
