Location: La Crosse, WI

What is your favorite product that Inland produces and why?

It is hard to narrow down a favorite since I get to have the opportunity to have a hand in a lot of different projects, but a recent favorite is probably the Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese labels. It is so cool to be part of the process for such a well-known brand.

What is your current role at Inland? Have you held any other roles before your current position?

My current role is a Customer Onboarding and Transition Specialist, and I used to be in the role of a Strategic Account Manager. During my time as a Strategic Account Manager, I was able to learn and grow a lot over the past year and a half and I look forward to expanding more in my new role as a COTS!

What impact does your role have on our customers?

My impact as a COTS, I get to be at the forefront of developing strong relationships with new customers and showing what Inland as a company is about. The foundation that is built while they transition will really set them up for success when they get set up with one of our wonderful Account Managers once their business has been onboarded fully!

What aspects of your job do customers see?

My position is very visible to the customer, as our customer service is customer focused. We partner with businesses and brands and help them through the entire process of artwork, orders, quality, etc. to ensure their questions are getting answered and the process moves through smoothly.

How does your role impact our products?

I am the main contact that works through artwork, trials, and decisions when they are wanting to work with Inland on printing their labels. My role is to make sure that from the start we set them up for success and really understand their vision, and what they are capable of so their vision is able to come to life in stores all over.

Before working at Inland, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

My most interesting job was working at Target for 6 years and really getting to understand the supply chain at a distribution level and applying what I learned there to my roles here at inland.

Where can we find you outside of work?

I will most likely be sitting in the comfy chair in my living room, with my cat on my lap and a good book in my hands.

What was the best concert you ever attended?

In 2019, I got to see The Jonas Brothers. I lost my voice for days after and I think a part of my 11-year-old me died that day. I love going to concerts so it was definitely hard to pick which was the best.

What’s the last book you read?

Where the Crawdads sing, had to finish it before the movie comes out in July!

What’s your favorite movie?

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, you can’t go wrong with any 2000s RomCom.
