Join Inland for our debut at Pack Expo East

Inland Packaging is making our debut at Pack Expo East this year!  You’ve always been able to count on seeing Inland at Pack Expo International and Pack Expo Vegas, but we are excited to join the exhibitor list this year Pack Expo East for the first time.

Now in its third year, Pack Expo East is providing the perfect platform for attendees to chat with over 400 exhibitors and 6,000 industry professionals at the Pennsylvania Convention Center April 16th through the 18th.  This couldn’t be a more ideal location, according to Healthcare Packaging, “ one-third of the nation’s consumer packaged goods companies and many major pharma manufacturers are located within 200 miles of Philadelphia.”

Pack Expo East has a ton to offer, and your days will fly by!  But, what is most important is that you have plans to stop by Inland’s Booth – 1323 while you are in Philly.  We have our packaging team ready to go. Our booth will be filled with the newest shrink, pressure sensitive, cut and stack, and in-mold labels, but let’s not forget our new flexible packaging products!  We’re excited about what’s been coming off our presses and can’t wait to show you!

Before your calendar gets too jam-packed, don’t forget to add Inland’s presentation slot on the Innovation Stage to your agenda.  We’ll be hitting the stage on Tuesday, April 17th at 1:30.  Inland Packaging is teaming up with HP to present “Digital Brand Protection That Your Marketing Team Won’t Say ‘No’ To”!  You will not want to miss this!  As many of you know, brand teams are on high alert with the fact that the global anti-counterfeiting, brand protection and security packaging market is forecasted to reach $3.6 billion in 2022. Brands need to be at the forefront of the technologies that are available to combat these concerns.  Brand owners face increased threats and new regulatory requirements where new technology is needed to provide supply chain security, product authentication, and loss prevention.  In this session, we offer the chance for brand managers, packaging procurement, and other product stakeholders to learn more about the digital security options available to them and how they can be incorporated into package design without detracting from the aesthetics.

The discussion will include printable security features that allow for track, trace, authentication, and data/metrics. We will focus on the use of digital watermarks to optimize security while simultaneously gathering data and providing a consumer experience with a product. Digitally printed features such as this open the door for marketing teams to drive future brand decisions.  But, before we give too much away about the presentation, add it to your agenda to hear it for yourself!
